man utd are champions of england AND kings of europe!
noone does it better than manchester united.
it was a pretty good game. both teams really fought for it.
i was screaming for joy when ronaldo scored at the 26th min but my joy ended when lampard scored the equaliser just before half time.
2nd half was so boring i fell asleep.
i hated it whenever games go into extra time.
again i fell asleep but lucky me, i didnt miss the most impt part of the 2nd extra time--drogba getting sent off.
honestly i dont know wht chelsea were fighting for. it was just stupid.
drogba deserved the red card. he asked for it. slapping vidic was the dumbest thing to do.
i mean u should have known better than to do tht right in front of the ref and linesman.
plain stupid. i would be sooooo mad if drogba wasnt sent off.
thts just a display of poor discipline of a player. it's small actions like that that can instantly get a player sent off.
i gotta comment on chelsea coming back strong for the 2nd half of regular time.
they fought hard and well. i thought the 1st goal they had were due to alil bit of luck as utd players slipped and fell right in front of the goalpost, allowing lampard to score.
i was so nervous during the penalty shoot out man.
i have this love-hate relationship with penalty shoot outs.
i thought my heart almost stopped several times.
i was so pissed when ronaldo missed the penalty once again. i thought it was gonna be over but terry slipped and the ball went wipe, missing the penalty. i was like screaming yes! yes! yes!
but i thought it was unfortunate for terry. the weather was sucky and the pitch was slippery.
i'm not surprised tht terry was inconsolable aft the game.
thank goodness utd have edwin van der sar.
he's always the hero for utd at impt games like this one.
one thing tht got me annoyed though utd won would be how ronaldo reacted to questions abt his future. is he going to stay at OT?
im annoyed cos first he says he's nt going anywhere, then he says he'll consider his future aft this final.
now tht the final's over, there's still no commitment or some sort frm him.
things like "i dont answer to anyone. i dont answer to my mum. i dont answer to the supporters." just disgusts me.
sometimes i really do feel he's cocky abt his fame and ability. too cocky sometimes.
someone had better bring him back down to earth.
ronaldo used to be my favourite but now it's owen hargreaves.
i've liked hargreaves since the 2006 world cup and now he's one of my favourites.
now u should know why i chose the number 4 for my jersey. hah.
did i mention tht fernando torres is one of my favourites too... he's so cute. hah.
he makes me wanna watch uefa euro 2008 but my parents didnt subscribe to it.
oh well. everything's over. i'm looking forward to next season.
and tht doesnt start till like...... august? i think so.
